MODULAR .....fast clean efficient and sustainable! We are working on a modular multi-unit residential apartment. Each apartment is built off-site. G2 Studio have been working hard over the last two years to develop initiatives and understanding around modular construction and it's application in New Zealand. This project is currently at the building consent stage.
