Tropica was an existing three star resort on Malolo Island Fiji that wanted to transition into a high end resort with branded residential like its near neighbour Six Senses.

The masterplan was carefully phased to allow continued operation whilst the rooms were extended from 49 to 80 keys and provision made for 100 luxury residential units.

The proposals included sequential upgrades of all facilities.
