This is a refurbishment of an existing heritage building and a conversion for an office into a luxury 8 suite hotel with café, swimming pool and gymnasium for the new Fable brand of hotels. G2 Studio are acting as architects, interior designers and project managers for this project which is based on a NY loft style apartment with contemporary artworks and Italian feature lighting.
