Brown St Hotel is a 101 key hotel located in Tauranga. The design incorporates a double height lobby with a roof-top bar and outdoor pool. The centre piece of the hotel is a 6 - storey waterfall that descends past all of the lift lobbies, collected at the pool level. The collection for the waterfall will be the canopy structure on the rooftop that will act as a shading device for the roof garden and will funnel into the atrium through the lift lobbies.
