Queen Street Hotel is a conversion from an office building into a hotel. It has been developed to provide 321 keys throughout the existing tower structure of 280 Central. Situated in the heart of Auckland CBD with frontages to Queen Street and Lorne Street – 280 Central is destined to become the new centre of the city. It aims to become New Zealand’s first Green Star 6 hotel.
