This project was to design 12 ‘unique, luxury, 6 star villas and a clubhouse as ‘branded residential’ attached to the new Garden Hyatt Hotel in Cap Vermell completed in 2016, on the Eastern coast of Mallorca..

This was worked in association with AECOM on this resort project.
