The house incorporates 4 bedrooms and a master suite with, a study, media room and small self contained apartment. The house has views over the ‘Sleeping Giant’ and golf course and has its own private dock, wine cellar and private pool. The house whilst air conditioned, was designed to be naturally cooled and ventilated using tested principles with a courtyard pool, cross ventilation and wind towers..
